Biting through the darkness
Is the brightness of her eyes
Gleaming soft as starlight
Against the dying sky
Dark and deep intelligence
With a soft and tender touch
Human if only barely so
Treading lightly on this earth
Angelic in her looks
Demonic in her thoughts
Monsters in her head
She keeps behind a lock
Careful to protect herself
And those that she holds dear
Feigning truat with smiles
So no one can get near
