She stood high singing a mournful tune.
Voice crying out, tears streaming down
Her love is gone, lost in the sea.
Her heart was torn and always would be.
She remembered his smile, and booming laugh.
His bright blue eyes and low gruff voice,
He sailed to sea and never came back.
She stood high singing a mournful tune.
Voice crying out, tears streaming down
She was broken forever more.
