take me sightseeing
kiss me by the masterpieces
tell me how none of them compare to me
take me to the movies
pick the most romantic show
hold me while I cry
visit me at home
say hello to my mother
tell me I'm beautiful without makeup
check my wrists
my thighs, too
tell me to never hurt myself again
visit me in the hospital
lay down next to me with the flowers you've brought
beg me to wake up from my purposeful sleep
come to my funeral
choke back your sobs while trying to speak
tell everyone you loved me so.
