The best time of the year is summer
Freedom is in the air
With no school we’re getting dumber
But it’s nothing but fair

Baseball every day and night
Having fun everyday
Everything we do, we do it right
Whatever it is we do it the fun way

School is out for the year
And the good times begin
For everyone it’s nothing but a cheer
All around our tan skin

With friends at the lake
And chilling at the bonfire
Making memories for old time’s sake
With the weather so mild

With college coming soon
We’re making our days last
In the middle of June
Summer is truly a blast
