Human Vapors
I feel as if I'm fading away; an afterthought to an afterthought. I have to hold onto the world with every fiber of my being so that the wind won't scatter me to an unknown part of the world. The world spins forgetting that I'm there; time goes on hoping that the ticking clock will drown my screams. I run to try to catch up to the people who are committed to loosing me. I am a stranger in my own world. Choking on the waves of what was and my bones being crushed from the concrete of what is.
