God's Will be Done
“God’s will be done” - William Faulkner
Why?
Just tell me why?
They didn’t deserve to go.
They were the pure and the innocent.
Never given the chance to live
to grow
to love
No one wanted them to go.
So it was you.
You took them away.
You are selfish.
You the “almighty”
took a child.
The tree loves each leaf.
The leaves love the tree.
God kills the tree and all that if left is the leaf.
All that is left id me,
me
I cry for me.
I cry for them.
God controls the extremes of the world.
Good and Bad.
Life and Death.
Noble and Evil.
So why?? Why take away the good?
Why take away the pure?
Why take away the innocent?
Death is the worst you could do to them,
but the best you could do for me.
