My last fight
This is the last of us. Brink of extinction. Or so it would seem. To our tribe. So we ready our swords. And go to war. For it would seem, To be the end. Formations, formations. Is what our commander keeps saying. But we are to few. So we do whats best. We stand and fight. Against the roman war machine. We fight and fight. Until i feel no blood flowing. Trough my body. This is the last of us.

What inspired me to do this poem is i am a big fan of ancient Rome. I used to study ancient Rome whenever i can. And then i thought what about the Gauls? Or barbarians as the Romans called them. How did they feel when they had to fight against Rome. Did they know that they would die? when i though about this i just started writing on a piece of paper. I didnt think what the poem should sound like. I just Wrote and then read what i wrote. I thought it was good so i wanted to share it. And here i am. Sharing it with you people. I hope you enjoy
