The Faces
Last Saturday, I wandered to a public place.
And I thought about all of the people,
All of the people who passed by me.
Some of them walking,
Some of them running,
All focused on their destination.
The sound, muted.
The scene, slow motion.
And then I looked at their beautiful faces.
The faces that were each different.
The faces that had different stories,
And the faces that makeup our world.
And I wondered to my self,
How many faces in my life,
Have passed me by?

I was walking through a large shopping center one afternoon, and a thought came across me. How many people in my entire life, have passed me by. Each person has a story and each person has a different life. We will never get to meet them unless we stop and ask, and until we do, we should just look at their faces, and through that we can see a glimpse into their world.
