Our Laughter
… And then there is our laughter that comes from within deep enough to penetrate under the skin. So deep it tickles our sides until they ache. We laugh to forget our pain, the tragedy's that we have endured. Our laughter is summer nights and staying up until dawn. Its love and friends and the sun baking our skin a golden glow. Its crushes and relationships. Its the promising whispers of the rain and love so sweet we're afraid to move; for fear that it will vanish. Our laughter is butterflies fluttering in our path and the moon and starry night sky promising impossible dreams. And the tears dried quick from the moon. Its full of times we wish would never end. Our laughter is what makes our world right again.
