Forced Outside
My parents are so angry
They say I will soon get gangrene
But I wish not to go outside
So I just sat and cried
Until my father threw me on the porch
Immediately my face began to scorch
I noticed the grass was so green
And well I hated being clean
I jumped and rolled around
My dad thought I looked like a clown
The grass all up in my nose
I ran quickly to spray it with the hose
A little brown dog I saw in the distance
Had to pet him cause I have no resistance
It bit me right on the finger
Then that finger began to linger
I ran inside to my room
Sat in the corner and began to gloom
Another reason why I should stay inside
Now I’ll just sit here and bide
