A Winter's Night

Snowlike feathers drift

without purpose
The night is
brisk and
dark.

Full moon in
the midnight sky
Wolves hollowing
disturbing
the peace of the night
Tracks that were apparent
previously
now
covered and unnoticeable
   
A touch from
bone chilling wind
Wolves with a full
coat are warm
in their dens.
Winters time will pass
when seasons switch.
