Death Note
Click-Clack
“What was that?”
Rumbling up the stairs, coming closer and closer.
Here come the footsteps of my wannabe savior who’s rattling at the door.
All I hear is a woman screaming to come in, but it’s far too late.
A final noise:
Bang
I fell to the floor with a bullet through my head; my own finger on the trigger.
Tragic death on a young girl who use to matter.
I've just been shot by someone who was pressured and forced by society to lose all sanity.
Here I lay as my mother is wailing in grief of her now dead daughter.
“Just know that I loved you” was written on the mirror.
Please forgive me for perfection no longer matters.
