I Love you, I Hate you
I love you.
I hate you.
All the same.
You are like the sun, with devils horns.
Smiling bright,
as you take away my night.
But still loving me every day
And yet,
I love you--
I hate you—
All the same.
You are my day,
and my night.
You sneak in and take away.
The stars runaway,
when the sun comes out to play.
Now I see and
` Now it’s clear!
I love you and I hate you
They are all the same.
They are
Both strong-- Both weak—
Both hot-- Both cold—
But yet,
I love you and I hate you,
are not the same.
