I'm Not Just a Girl

February 16, 2015

You might see me

Walking along with my books,

Not much for my looks,

Look beyond what you see.

I might be shy,

I might have a lot to say,

You wouldn't know anyways.

Stop trying to be sly.

I'm not just a girl.

I may be a writer,

But why would I matter?

I'm not the one with the glamour.

I'm not just a girl.

There's a lot I could do,

But you worried about you.

Since I'm not the one with the glamour.
