Tearing at my soul
I will not break
Your words are fake
My life is not a mistake
Not to be torn apart
Beating eyes
Watching every move
Whispers sizzle as I walk by
How interesting I must be
A forced smile
It had been there for a while
Burning with sadness
I will come back
And won’t let you attack
My beautiful soul
Is something you lack
Your insecurities show
I don’t know why I acted so slow
You are below me
I hope you know the cost
If my life had been
lost
