Her by Jay Donovan
Her eyes, are the windows
To her beautiful soul.
Her lips, utter only words
Of love and need.
Her smile, brightens even
The darkest soul.
Her laugh, even when I
Am sad, Her laugh makes me smile.
Her hips, the way Her hips sway
Like a kite in the wind.
Her curves, as if Her body was an
Hourglass.
Her beauty, could not be
Be captured by any camera.
Her pain, is shown only to
Her blood stained pillow.
Her tear stained cheeks, show
Her sadness and brokenness.
The way I loved her. It was unconditional, and without judgment. If only she saw how much I truly cared. If only she understood the way I felt about her. I could not find a way to show her. I wished she felt the same way about me. Part of me wished I would have held on to her, and never let her go, and the other part is happy she moved on and found her One. I’m happy she left me for him, because if she hadn’t, I wouldn’t have found my One. Lucian.
