A World in Two
In a world full of differences and
A world torn apart,
It’s easy to be so close
Yet feel so far in heart
To have a different view
Opposed to the person on your right,
Starts debacles, debates and
Leads to pointless fights
Harmony and peace,
Should that not be our ideal strive?
What else could we want,
What motivates our drive?
Surely not the bad?
Though I may stand corrected,
Is it chaos and strife that
Makes us feel connected?
Pish posh if you agree!
A noggin with a twist is what you may have bestowed!
I, and most would say,
It’s best to get that thing towed
