The Stutter
"Let me speak freely
To expel what lies beneath me"
To she, The Stutter is a but a meezly passerby
The yearn to pass her by,
but never to pass by the chance to see she
The fear, yes, the fear of what she thinks mutes the Stutter
Left wondering, the heart left to flutter, unbeknowest to She
They say to overcome, to think of the outcome
But shut out of his idea of outcome is positivity
No other yearn as ill for she, words casted upon a lone road
Bold thoughts sent to smolder,
become older and die of natural cause
In the back of his jaws, spring forth words anew
By couples they spew, The Stutter confessing all that he knew
To be true, true to himself, true to she,
no longer a stranger to he and for once,
The Stutter spoke normally.

Having confessed to my 'crush' and having problems with stuttering would be the inspiration for this poem. Although Cliche as it may sound, simply confessing will set you free both verbally and mentally.
