Imagery Poem (Fall)
Fall has beautiful colors, including yellow, red, and brown.
The leaves are falling to the ground.
All the beautiful birds are singing a joyous song,
The cold and fierce wind is whispering through the air.
Fall.
Farmers are chopping corn, with their big green and red combines.
All the white-tailed deer come to graze, as they are wary,
For all hunters are searching for them.
They dress up in all their blaze orange and camouflage gear.
When they come home, the smell of apple pie and fresh cider welcomes them near.
Fall.
The Thanksgiving season has arrived,
Mother makes a delicious turkey with all the fixin's.
The kids come in from playing in the leaves, with their loving cousins,
Kids come in to wash up, and are pleasantly shocked by the glorious food fragrances.
The whole family eats the yummy food, until they can’t eat anymore.
Fall.
