The Window of Opportunity
In life, at times, we feel like we are trapped in a room.
A room with only one window.
And that window is covered with blinds.
So the outside world, real life, is a mystery.
We are too afraid of taking the risk to open the blinds.
Too afraid of the unknown. Too afraid of getting hurt.
We rather stay safe, in this monotonous room,
Content with the consistency.
But the thing is, we are never really living,
Unless we take those risks.
Unless we open the blinds to opportunity,
and take a look at what we can become.
