I wear myself thin, to the core, but I never seem to learn a bit.

Knowing and understanding, that much I can handle. Changing how I feel-- no. I'm exploding from the mantle.
Emotions? Only hurt you. Apathy is the key.
In theory? No problem. In practice? I just can't see...

Any way to change this course I'm on, following one unhealthy action to the next...
Any way to be who I want to be, fix one mistake, then the next...
I don't want to be someone's heartbreak and I don't want to be next.

I don't know what I'm doing.
