Crying
Little drops of water,
Both salty and sweet,
Leaving their mark,
As they run down my cheek.
They are baffling,
No one knows why,
When we are sad and upset,
The reason why we cry.
Little drops of water,
Flowing down my face,
Yet I don't mind,
If no one takes my place.
Salty drips of sadness,
Gushing from my eyes,
I think that it appears,
That I am not so wise.
Pockets of misery,
Flooding my face,
I need to learn,
To learn from my mistakes.
