Rock n’ roll
never failed me
but now that my ears are shot
and my knees are shaking
I’m not so sure.
Here’s a little history lesson for you:
Before Henry Rollins became the legendary Black Flag front man,
he was just a grunt that carried around amps for them.
Drove the van.
Cleaned up vomit.
So at some point,
you’ve gotta wonder, like,
is any of this for real?
Nothing can exist forever without becoming housebroken.
Abrasion can be easily faked.
Feedback is no replacement for sweat.
