Cardboard Man
Dear Cardboard Man,
I wish I knew you better,
because then maybe I would be able to help You.
I want to help you.
I promise.
But I can’t.
Because They don’t know You,
and They can’t trust You,
and They don’t believe You,
when You ask for help.
And I’m so sorry.
But maybe when I'm older,
things will be different.
Maybe I will be able to help You.
Because although I don't know you,
I trust You.
And I believe You.
And I know You would do the same,
if I were to ask for help.
