My Family

My family is unlike any other family.
My family is funny,
My family is bright.
But my family doesn’t always see the light.
My family has a mother
my family has a brother.
My family has me, and a father.
My mother is sad, my brothers gone away.
I’m sometimes lonely, and my father tends not to stay.
My family has differences,
My family fights.
But in the end,
My family is alright.
