Everyone's favorite meal
December 11, 2014
I awaken to a familiar
aroma and rise
up out of bed.
As I drowsily shuffle
down the stairs, I
begin to hear a sizzle.
The salty scent and
crackling sound grow
stronger as I move towards
the kitchen.
My mouth begins to water
as my gaze shifts
onto the glorious breakfast.
Strips of bacon lay
beside a gargantuan tower
of fluffy, golden pancakes.
A tall glass of chocolate
milk stands beside
the perfect meal
I quickly devour the
breathtaking breakfast.
The perfect start to a great day
