Wave after Wave
It is Mothers Day, walking
in on a bridge.
Smelling salt water, hearing
seagulls squawk
Feet sinking down on to the
burning hot sand.
It is pretty much paradise.
All you hear is the wonderful
sounds of the waves and the
children playing.
Lean back on a chair, trying to
dry out from playing in the
water, reading a wonderful
book with all of my family
We got dry so now its shopping
time, first we hit the candy store,
and then all the shops until we
reach the car again.
Now its picture time, so we all
hop in the car and drive to the
lighthouse for a family photo.
Cheese! as we all think of loving
our moms.
Then the day had to come to an
end, wishing there was more, but
we do have one more chance at
dinner, until next year.
