Be With Her again
I walk around the town,
trying to bear what has happened-
what I saw-
the unnatural apparition.
I investigates,
to discover if this is an illusion,
Yet the agony is too strong.
I thinks to herself, “It can’t be”.
Yet, maybe it is.
The ghost of my little sister,
playing in the snow.
How she was moments before-
Before her tragic death.
Before she fell over, and lie there,
dead. Dead as the breeze on a hot summer’s day.
Her family is swindled,
Doctors said that she was healthy-
I sit reading O Captain! My Captain!
I finishes and watches everyone,
Seeing how happy they are,
But the loss of my little sister.
Leaves me forever alone.

I was given certain words that I had to make into a poem. I had just gone through the loss of a loved one and I got the idea to write it about losing someone.
