A Broken Heart
Imagine your heart, like a glass
Every time you’re hurt, it will crack
Slowly, but surely
And when your heart can’t take it anymore
It will break
Shatter into a million pieces
Maybe you will step on your broken heart
And you will fall
It hurts your body but shred your soul
A piece of the glass will pierce your head
To remind you that you’re hurting
That the memory will never fade away
Then you will try
You will try to fix your heart
But you can’t
You will cry
And then you realized
Your tears act like a glue
You will try to put the pieces back together
One by one
But you know it will never be the same
Your heart will be vunerable
It will be easier to break
But you kept on putting the pieces back together
Until one day
You don’t have any tears left
And your heart will be broken forever
You will think, what could you do
But in the end you will realize
It’s best to throw your heart away
