Comparison
Comparison to others is destructive
It can leave you indecisive
Of what you want people to see
And who you were meant to be
It can leave you a little broken
And very softspoken
Afraid to ever speak
To give your opinion to its peak
You always try to be the best
To try and be different from the rest
Making you lose sight of your being
When only envy is what you're consuming
You lose track of your talents
Trying to keep others in balance
To keep them equal with you
Then what will you do when see they've grew
Too focused on others
You're left in the covers
Forgotten your value
And the greatness of you
Focuson yourself, let them grow
Don't leave yourself in tow
I can tell you a secret
Bless yourself and you will be blessed frequent
