The stockings hung with care

As little children snug in their beds

The clock tick tocks away

The fire beneath the hearth- slowly dying

As fading embers glow to the beat of our hearts

The lights on the tree

The holiday feast

The excitement in the air

As children wait

For Santa to be there

As snow covers the ground

And barren trees shake in the cold wind

We stand here under the Mistletoe

Looking into each other's eyes

Our lips meet and both feel a spark

Holiday magic fills the air

We hold each other tight

Knowing that no present could ever be better than this
