Better Place
The world would be a better place if there wasn't terror in the eyes of the helpless, and their shadows didn't attack them.
The world would be a better place if our heads weren't on a dinner plate, and the chains that we once called freedom had not suffocated us with greed and self-imitation.
The world would be a better place if the lies of our past didn't effect our future, and the riches of wealth didn't determine the outcasts of our society.
The world would be a better place if the shoes we step in didn't hold our suffering, and the men who said mankind is just the face of one ruler.
We all fall in the hands of our protectors. We are blind by the lies of opinion.
The world would be a better place if health wasn't an issue, all of our goals and achievements rely on health.
The world would be a better place if interrogation was blind to color and relied on the heart.
We see different things everyday but no one has the courage to admit that we make mistakes.
We are so brainwashed to think everyone's perfect, but at the end of the day we only have ourselves to blame.
The pollution, the terror, the damage cannot be blamed on the government nor God, but ourselves.
We have the power to make a difference, but choose not to because we're scared of the sticker of imitation and the judgement of the world.
