Staring at this blank screen
Don’t know what to say
Watching the blinking cursor
Thoughts going astray
My mind is a broken pen
All the ink spilling out
Trying to keep my thoughts in line
But it’s making me want to shout!
My mind is a storm
A tornado of thoughts
Whipping and whirling around my brain
I am trying to untie these tightly tied knots
Love, dreams, nature, or memories
How could I tell you what I’m thinking
When I don’t even know myself?
I feel like I am sinking
