The Sinister Never ending

Standing straight up you are not ten feet tall.
You are the smallest- the voice whispering behind the wall.
You are growing and will eventually lead me to my downfall.
The master is what you are becoming, and I your doll.
My body is the facade you wear to the ball.
You are boundless, endless ways and I am running down your hall.
I am trying to stop and stall
But as we both know I am awaiting your call.
