to metaphorically stop beating at the mere sight of your eyes.

Don't offer me sweet things that... have such an immense affect on me that you'll have to be blind not to see its effects.

Don't coax a smile, or a laugh out of my soul.

Don't tease me with your stunning smile or soft lips.

Most of all don't do these things, when night after night you find yourself in her arms. 

Don't make me think there's something between us if there isn't. 

Like a fish needing water I will hold onto that thought. 

The sheer thought of us being something more then friends.

But, being together....

What I'm saying is:

If you don't plan on being mine,

do not make the mistake of leading me to think you are mine.
