The Snow
Snow
soaring through howling winds
billions of soft, fluffy flakes floating to the ground
in perfect alignment
all had fallen without a sound
like a little diamond
they lay soft as a Persian cat
dignified and docile
quiet and sweet.
The cold endures and sustains their lives
as we need oxygen to survive
all take a different shape and size
like humans, no two flakes are the same in the skies.
