I love the fast-paced,
lively game of basketball,
it’s where I can really be me and
automatically, I’m ready for anything
that comes my way,
to feel the rush of the game,
is like being able to get a small glimpse of heaven,
I crave that wonderful feeling
after winning a game we’ve been
preparing for since the start of the season,
those astounding comebacks that
get the whole crowd riled up,
the second I step out on the floor,
I’m ready to do whatever it takes,
to be apart of a team that
leaves it all on the court.
