In the dark
October 22, 2014
I’m in the dark.
I am alone, trapped forever
desperately searching for light,
but there is none to be found.
Suddenly, I find
a match. I strike it
and enjoy its light and heat.
.
.
But soon my fingers
are being burnt.
..I have to..drop my match
I let go
and am trapped
once again
In this lonely,
SUFFOCATING
dark
Praying
for another
match.
