Row, Row, Row Your Boat Early In The Morning
As I pull on the oar, the boat smoothly glides on the lake
As I look to my left I see man walk out with a rake.
As I look to my right I see the trees twist and shake
As I look ahead, a fisherman sets his bait.
The peace from an early morning row brings me pleasure
The times I spend on my boat I will always treasure.
All the worlds a stage and I feel like I am in the center
When I pull into the catch I change the position of the oar to the feather.
As the sun comes out from hiding I pull into the dock
My mother is about to pick me up as she drives down the block.
The start to my day has been very fine
I guess I could say that it was more like divine
