Douse the Flames
What if we are only matches and our emotions are the strike pads?
Violence is the enormous scarlet flame that consumes the atmosphere around it.
The flame just engulfs everything and ignites other matches around it.
It rages on until it consumes everything around it.
We have all had that fit of violence that would take over.
It is almost impossible to douse the fire.
It is up to us to douse our own flames.
Before the flame engulfs its own match.
