Dark Thoughts

Cold sharp words,
Punture my soul.
The vultures above,
prey on my mind;
The darkness surrounds me,
and whispers in my ears.
Filling my head with hatred,
and terrible despair;
I can't take it much longer,
I'm close to the edge.
someone please rescue me,
from the thoughts in my head.
