8 pm. The last episode of season four, the Walking
Dead is coming on its the only thing on my mind. 
I walk into my bedroom with the previews  on the tv screen.
the growling sound of the hungry walkers

On the street to terminus, when they got there,
It was crowded , the lines for food were long and slow.

I wait as the show goes to commercial,
boring commercials that nobody cares about
we could really go without.
the loud tv going back to the show,
showing the walkers ripped nasty clothing.

I go up to the front of my bed,
walkers as skinny as sticks
on the side there's bricks,
the group come back
bags wrapped round them neat

I think about how amazing it is to live in a country
to let me watch the walking dead.
I  sit here watching the show,
wishing it would never end

I walk through the living room
telling everyone about the episode.
The young previews of the next episode
the crowd will have to wait until October
