Depression. It's a lifetime of pain, disappointment and pills.
Depression is a whirlpool of emotions ranging from happy but not really to suicidal and ready to go.
Depression is getting better and then being sucked back into that same black hole that you tried so hard to get out of and destroy.
Depression is living in a fog, everything you do, see, hear and feel doesn't matter because it's not you. It's just some shape shifter, pretending to be you while you sit in a dark corner wanting it to end.
Depression is hell. A hell that you create without even realizing it. It's a hell made from your fears, mistakes, past, scars and sorrow.
Depression is a demon, a demon that tells you lies upon lies until you can't help but believe them.
Depression is constantly losing friends and family because they get sick of your mood swings and self hatred.
Depression is hating everything about yourself, but not having the energy or motivation to change anything.
Depression is a tidal wave, washing away everything that once made you happy.
Depression is not wondering why the sky is blue, but rather why it is not blue, but black for you.
Depression is being afraid if the dark because that's when you can't be 100% sure that you are alone.
Depression is knowing that you can get better, but not knowing how to do it.
Depression is wanting to be alone, but hating being lonely.
Depression is not a lifestyle, or a fad. It's a living nightmare that never ends, until it ends you.
