"A man of words and not deeds is like a garden full of weeds." ~~Anonymous

In my head,
I'm still awake,
wishing i was still your girl,
but on the outside
my body is cold, my heart beat slows,
and i think to myself,
this wouldn't have happened
if you hadn't left,
Now I'm struggling to survive,
using the thought of you to keep me alive,
I'm floating here,
sitting between gone
and not,
I'm standing on the edge,
I'm walking a fine line,
i  know you’re gone,
and maybe i should just let go,
but not yet,
i won't,
i won't let go just yet,
because of our baby,
she needs a mother to be there for her.
even if her father won't.

I'm not sure what really inspired me to write this, i just was thinking to myself and words started forming, so i wrote them down, this is the outcome hope you like it!
