Butterflies and Rainbows

No one really knows the truth

Blood, Black and Screaming

Only one really knows

Do you really think you know me?

Did you know I cry, cry everyday? No?

Then you don't know me.

Did you know I'm depressed? If you don't, you don't know me.

In is what really counts. And in is me.

The me that you see, is not me.

What you see is not me

If you want to know me, it's not what you can see. You have to

look in my eyes, because as you know,

The eyes are the window to the soul

Hey guys the author here! I know this is dark for some of you, but that's what happens when someone with depression writes a poem. This isn't meant to be sad though, it was just meant for my best friend whose recently helped me through a bunch of stuff...Well anyway, thanks for reading my stuff!
