The Peony

Oh consuming consumerism,

You eat til blue whales grow thin,

Devour elephants - blood drooling from your chin,

You breath out dirt that mutates falcons' wings,

Incinerate the suffocating Poeny as we sing,

"Have we set us all on fire my darlin'!"

Basically this poem reflects on the pollution and man-made disasters we caused to harm and kill those animals. I want to raise awareness of this issue so that people, rather teens, to be more aware of how serious it is. I really do hope this poem could give anyone a sense to help making the world a better place while saving the animals too.
