Breaking Point
She held me in her hand
And she made me understand
How easily I had lied,
How much I had tried
To change myself
Because of what they said
They said there was only one way
A person could stay
That people loved the other sex only
The others deserve to be lonely
But I'm not confined
To their beliefs
I'm awake when I'm around her
I can't go back to the way things were
Because now I know
That my love can only grow
For another girl
In this sad, unforgiving world.
