The green of the playground beneath my rubber soles
Burning, slapping, pounding
Eyes on me as I fall
Through the cracks between each blade of grass
Holding on to a swing set
Only to have it slip through my fingers
Down the rabbit hole
The ant hole
The lingering-tears-mixed-with-raindrops hole
Until I am at the bottom
Stars twinkling
