Lonely Night
A haze falls over the evening sky
The sunset melts into a seemingly infinite darkness
 I am alone

The moons craters trace my body
Lying empty under dozens of stars
 Shining without any recognition

 They sing to me
Glowing, twirling, into the night sky
Dozens burning out amongst the time of moonlight

 Star light
 Star bright
The first star I see tonight
 I wish I may
 Melt away
From every thought that is endlessly haunting, taunting and torturing me

 I feel the earth spinning
 Beneath trembling feet
The stars ignite and burn out
 Just for me
