If love will save us from the flood then, f*** it, we're dead.

I dare you.

I dare you to love me.
I dare you to hold my hand and hug me.
I dare you to kiss me on my head.
I dare you to promise its just you and I all through the end.

I dare you
Because its harder for you to love me
Than to travel the world
To hold me than to dive in the air.

Love is dangerous.
And i know you're f***ing scared.

Wild seas are connected
They're deep.

Wild seas are filled with secrets.

In my chest I keep the seas calm; steady.
Then you show up unannounced and the calm is roars the steadiness is a hurricane. A fire in my insides.

"Hold it together."

I keep you locked in my heart like a secret. I keep your love untold like a story of a thief

What do you do with a poem about someone that doesn't feel the same?
You keep it locked away. Forever.

I wish you hadn’t put me in the corner of your heart.
Next to the toys that got broken, forgotten.

'cause I'm still perfectly fine.

I wish you hadn’t put me in a box
With the books you’ve already read.

'cause I can tell endless stories about how much
I love you.

I wish you hadn’t given up on me
Like your favourite game.

'cause I'm not that hard to figure out if you just try.

I wish you hadn’t got bored of me and put me
Beside your worn out shirts

I wish you’d one day love me
as much as I love you.

I dare you to love me
Because love is dangerous
And I know you are f***ing scared.

I used to love a boy. I call him the sea because when he's calm he's enjoyable and when he's mad he is adventurous. I call him the sea because I can't bear soaking my heart in him without it shivering and shrinking.
